Company / About
Built by operators, for operators.
We started as two founders who saw how much time businesses waste on badly implemented technology. Today, we're a 50+ person team helping companies across the globe get it right.
A managed technology partner.
Workiflow isn't a platform consultancy or an app reseller. We're a full-service technology team: strategists, automation engineers, developers, AI specialists, and project managers, all under one roof.
We help businesses choose the right tools, build them correctly, and manage them long-term. Most of our clients work with us through a managed retainer. Not a vendor, an extension of their team.
Our approach is platform-agnostic. We recommend what's right for your business, not what we're paid to sell.

The way we work.
From two founders to a global team.
Two brothers, one idea
Keenan and JP Theron had both built solo freelance careers on Upwork, helping companies untangle their tech and run smarter operations. They kept seeing the same problems: tools half-implemented, automations that broke a week after handoff, no one accountable when things went wrong. They started Workiflow to fix that. Together, and properly.
First foothold
Grew to five people. Incorporated as Workiflow LLC in Delaware. Earned our first platform certification, the start of a credentials wall that now spans 15+ partners.
Going global
Expanded to fifteen team members across three countries. Awarded Expert Vetted on Upwork, the top 1% of talent on the platform. Remote-first wasn't a pandemic adjustment for us; it was the deliberate way to hire the best operators wherever they lived.
Building, not just implementing
Twenty-five team members across five countries. Hired our first full-stack engineers and started shipping our own marketplace apps. Keenan and JP attended their first partner summit in Tel Aviv.
Shipping our own products
Launched Templify on the monday.com marketplace and began work on Caseflow, our first owned products, built on platforms we knew inside out. Expanded into automation engineering and the early work that would become our AI practice.
Platinum partner
Jumped from Silver straight to Platinum monday.com partner, one of a small handful worldwide to skip a tier. Added CRM Specialization and Advanced Delivery Partner certifications. Danilo Esquivel joined as CEO.
Managed technology partner
The shift. After six years of project-based work, we repositioned around how clients actually use us: not one platform at a time, but as their full technology team. Launched the managed retainer model: every discipline under one contract, one point of contact. Crossed 50 team members across six countries.
All in on AI
The biggest pivot since we started. We shifted the whole company around AI. Not a feature we tack onto projects, the foundation for how we build. Ten team members earned Claude Certified Architect Foundations. Applied for partnerships with Supabase and Vercel, the stack we now build on most alongside Claude. Expanded the engineering team and made AI-assisted development the default way we ship full-stack apps. And kicked off SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audits, putting our security posture in writing.
The people behind the strategy.
