How are Claude engagements priced?
Each engagement is scoped to your environment, seat count, systems in scope, and how much of the work you want to own internally. After a discovery call you get a fixed-fee proposal with defined deliverables, so you know the number before you commit.
Where should we start?
If the business case is not settled, start with a Use-Case Portfolio or an AI Strategy & Roadmap. If you need evidence, start with a Prototype. If you have licences but little usage, start with Rollout & Activation. If something is already in production and nobody owns it, start with Managed AI Operations.
Who pays for Claude licences and consumption?
You do, on your own Anthropic account, so the environment and the data stay yours. We help you choose the plan and model mix, and consumption optimisation is a separate ongoing service.
Do you work with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork?
All three. Rollout, training, and support cover each of them. Claude Code and Cowork are part of our own delivery toolchain, so they also appear inside build engagements.
Can these engagements run under the managed retainer?
Yes. Fixed-scope Claude engagements can be delivered inside an existing managed retainer or bought on their own. The ongoing programmes (adoption, managed operations, support, and FinOps) run as a retainer.
Will we be dependent on Workiflow afterward?
No. Every engagement works with a nominated champion on your side and hands over documentation, configuration, prompts, and training. Where we run something ongoing, the handover plan is written at the start.
