How is this different from a use-case portfolio?
The roadmap covers the whole programme: sequencing, operating model, and governance touchpoints. The Use-Case Portfolio & Business Case goes deeper on individual use cases and the numbers behind them. Many clients run the portfolio first, then the roadmap.
Can you deliver the roadmap you write?
Yes, and most clients ask us to. The roadmap is yours either way, and it is written so any delivery team can pick it up, including your own.
How is this priced?
Each engagement is scoped to your environment, seat count, systems in scope, and how much of the work you want to own internally. After a discovery call you get a fixed-fee proposal with defined deliverables.
Will we be dependent on you afterward?
No. We work with a nominated champion on your side and hand over documentation, prompts, configuration, and training, so your team can run and extend it without us.
