Make, n8n, or the platform's own automations?
Whichever fits the workflow. Native automations for simple rules inside one platform, Make for multi-system workflows that need branching, error handling, and monitoring, n8n or custom code when the workload or data volume calls for it. We say which before we build.
Who owns the Make account?
You do. We build inside your organisation, so every scenario, connection, and log stays yours if we stop working together.
Do you monitor scenarios after launch?
On a retainer, yes. Growth and Enterprise tiers include automation error management: we see failures before your users do, retry or fix them, and handle the edge cases that only show up in production.
Can you fix scenarios we built ourselves?
Yes. Project hours cover audits and repairs of existing scenarios, and we document what we change.
