Do we keep the prototype?
Yes. It is built in your environment, it is yours to keep, and it carries into the full build.
What if the prototype fails its criteria?
You get that finding in writing, with the reason and what would have to change for it to work. That is the point of testing it before a full build.
Who pays for Claude licences?
Anthropic seats and API consumption are billed to you on your own account, so the environment and the data stay yours. We help you land on the right plan and model mix as part of the engagement.
Will we be dependent on you afterward?
No. We work with a nominated champion on your side and hand over documentation, prompts, configuration, and training, so your team can run and extend it without us.
