01 / What you get

What we deliver.

  • Curriculum design per audience — leadership, general users, power users, developers
  • Stated learning outcomes per module, so training can be assessed rather than assumed
  • Live delivery, remote or on-site, in cohorts sized for participation
  • Exercises built from your own workflows and documents, not generic samples
  • Claude Code modules for engineering teams: agentic development, review, and repository practice
  • Cowork modules covering plugins, skills, and connected workflows
  • Recordings, quick-reference guides, and a prompt library your team keeps
  • Post-session assessment and a follow-up clinic to catch what didn't land

02 / Scope

Before you start.

What you'll need

  • Claude access for participants before the session
  • Named audiences and cohort sizes
  • Example workflows or documents we can build exercises from

Not included

  • Building the workflows covered in training (scoped separately)
  • Anthropic licences and consumption
  • Ongoing enablement as a programme (that's the Adoption / CoE Programme)

An Anthropic partner with Claude-certified architects — the people who scope your programme are the people who build it.

50+ specialists across strategy, implementation, automation, data, and custom development, so a Claude programme lands in your real systems.

Every engagement leaves your team trained and documented — you own the outcome after we go.

03 / FAQ

Questions, answered.

Yes — Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, as separate curricula. Engineering audiences usually take Claude Code and Cowork; business audiences take Claude with role-specific modules.

That's the default. Generic training gets polite feedback and no behaviour change. We build the exercises from your documents, your systems, and your actual tasks.

Hands-on sessions work best at 12–20 people. Leadership briefings and awareness sessions can be much larger. We'll recommend the split when we scope the curriculum.

Anthropic seats and API consumption are billed to you on your own account, so the environment and the data stay yours. We help you land on the right plan and model mix as part of the engagement.
