Does this include the software development lifecycle?

Yes. SDLC redesign is one of the most common versions of this engagement: Claude Code in the development loop, with the review, testing, and release steps rebuilt around it.

What if the redesign says we shouldn't use Claude for a step?

Then the design says so. Some steps are better as deterministic automation, and some are better left with a person.

Will we be dependent on you afterward?

No. We work with a nominated champion on your side and hand over documentation, prompts, configuration, and training, so your team can run and extend it without us.

How is this priced?

Each engagement is scoped to your environment, seat count, systems in scope, and how much of the work you want to own internally. After a discovery call you get a fixed-fee proposal with defined deliverables.
