Do you run the CoE, or help us run it?
Either. Some clients want us to run it and hand it over after a year. Others want us alongside an internal lead from day one. The charter records which, and the handover plan is written at the start.
How is adoption measured?
Active usage by team and role, depth of use, and value delivered against the use cases in the pipeline. Seat counts are not used as an adoption measure.
Will we be dependent on you afterward?
No. We work with a nominated champion on your side and hand over documentation, prompts, configuration, and training, so your team can run and extend it without us.
How is this priced?
Each engagement is scoped to your environment, seat count, systems in scope, and how much of the work you want to own internally. After a discovery call you get a fixed-fee proposal with defined deliverables.
