Scope caps are per tier and agreed before kickoff. AI credits are drawn from your account. Each deliverable includes a revision round, with a 14-day tuning window after go-live.

  • Admin access for our build team
  • A nominated champion, plus access to the teams whose work we're changing

Not included

  • monday licences, AI credits and third-party software (billed to you)
  • Use cases beyond the caps agreed for your tier
  • Custom-coded apps or external infrastructure
  • Migrating data in from another platform (that's a Migration package)
  • Ongoing support after handover (that's Flex Hours or a retainer)

Frequently asked questions.

Is this monday's official AI Transformation Package?

Yes. AITP is an official monday.com service offering and we are certified to deliver it. The methodology is monday.com's. The build team, the delivery, and the aftercare are ours.

What counts as one use case?

One end-to-end process for one team, such as client onboarding or campaign management, including the boards, dashboards, automations, and AI that run it. A complex use case spans more teams or carries heavier conditional logic, so it counts as two.

What if our monday account isn't in great shape?

AITP adds AI to an existing implementation and does not rebuild it. If your account needs structural work first, we say so on the call and scope that separately, so you are not paying AI prices for foundation work.

Who pays for monday and third-party licenses?

You do. monday.com subscriptions and third-party software are billed to you, and we build on your account so it stays yours.

Will we be dependent on you afterward?

No. We build alongside a nominated champion on your side and hand over training and documentation, so your team runs it without us.
