One end-to-end process for one team — client onboarding, say, or campaign management — including the boards, dashboards, automations and AI that run it. A complex use case spans more teams or carries heavier conditional logic, so it counts as two.
AITP layers AI onto an existing implementation rather than rebuilding it. If your account needs structural work first we'll say so on the call and scope that separately, so you're not paying AI prices for foundation work.
