How we work.
The plain-English version of how every engagement runs — clear scope, fair use, and what to expect.
What's included
Each package delivers the items listed under “What we build” (its definition of done). Anything not listed is out of scope and can be added as a quoted change request.
Revisions
Each deliverable includes its stated revision round(s); please send feedback as one consolidated list within the review window.
Acceptance
On delivery you have 5 business days to accept or send one consolidated revision list; if we don't hear back within 5 business days, it's treated as accepted so your project keeps moving and closes on schedule.
Your inputs
We rely on timely access, information, and approvals (within ~3 business days). If a project stalls on inputs for 10+ business days we may pause and reschedule, as we hold a delivery slot for you.
Scope ceiling (fair use)
Each engagement includes a generous effort allowance for its scope. If the work expands well beyond it through added requests or changes, we'll pause and agree a change request to continue — so the project stays fair to both sides and finishes cleanly.
Changes
Want something extra? We'll scope it as a quick add-on and confirm the cost before starting.
Carry-over
If you proceed to a build, the discovery, scope, roadmap, or POC from a Scoping/Audit engagement carries straight in — you never pay twice for the same work (the entry fee itself stands alone).
AI tuning
AI builds include a 14-day window after handover to fine-tune behaviour within the delivered scope.
Licenses
Your monday.com subscription and any third-party software are billed to you directly; we build on your account so everything stays yours.
