Workiflow Wins monday.com's Rising Star Award for North America, 2025
A year ago, most of the industry hadn't heard of us. This year, monday.com stood in front of its entire global partner network and called us the Rising Star of North America.

Covers monday.com, AI, and workflow operations at Workiflow, a monday.com Platinum Partner and member of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network.
Workiflow is a monday.com Platinum Partner, one of a small handful worldwide to jump straight from Silver to Platinum, skipping a tier entirely. We're a 50-plus person team of strategists, automation engineers, developers, and AI specialists who've built our name on managed implementations that hold up long after launch.
That's not a headline we're going to underdeliver with.
What the Rising Star Award Actually Is
monday.com's Rising Star Award is handed out once a year at the Partner Summit, the company's flagship global event for its partner ecosystem, to a partner that's shown exceptional growth and delivery in a short window of time. It's a regional award. North America's went to Workiflow.

This year's summit ran February 17 and 18 at the Hilton Prague, under the theme Drive growth in the age of AI. The agenda packed in two full days: business strategy and financial-goal sessions straight from monday.com's leadership, a first look at the company's 2026 AI product roadmap, track sessions split across AI and multi-product, revenue growth, professional services and retention, and marketplace and builders, plus dedicated regional breakouts for NAM, EMEA, APJ, LATAM, and authorized and marketplace partners. The Rising Star and other partner awards were announced live on Day 2, right after the regional sessions wrapped.
Olga Lykova, monday.com's Head of Partnerships for North America, put it plainly when the NAM winners were announced: the partners recognized represent the best of the North American ecosystem, the ones who consistently turn strategy into execution for customers.
That's the bar. We're proud to have cleared it.
The Story Behind the Win
Here's the part that doesn't make it into a press release. Workiflow was already a Platinum Partner with real momentum when Kiki Ruff joined as Head of Marketing. One month into the job, Kiki told our Channel Partner Manager, Alex Fanelli, what she wanted: to win the Rising Star award. Not grow the brand. Not get more visibility. Win that specific award, on a specific timeline. He said let's make it happen. A year later, they did.
That's the type of ambition and drive we have at Workiflow. Not vague. Not hedged. A target, a deadline, and a team willing to build towards it.
What Actually Earned It
Awards like this aren't handed out for good vibes. monday.com's partner team evaluates growth, client delivery, and ecosystem impact over the prior year. For Workiflow, that showed up in a few concrete ways:
- #1 in outbound across the North American partner network.
- One of the fastest-growing monday.com partners in company history, by monday.com's own measure, not ours.
- Platinum Partner status, held alongside the growth, not instead of it. Speed without depth doesn't win awards like this. We kept both.
Growth that fast usually breaks something. In this case, it built a team that now includes people who were internet strangers a year ago and are now the group flying to Prague together to accept awards.

What This Means If You're Evaluating Partners
We'll be direct: an award is a signal, not a guarantee. But it's a useful one, especially when you're trying to separate a real growth story from a partner who's simply been around the longest.
Being named North America's Rising Star means monday.com itself looked at our client outcomes, our delivery quality, and our growth trajectory over the past year and put its name behind it. That's a different kind of validation than a testimonial page we wrote ourselves.

Awards are fuel, not a finish line. Here's where we're pointing that momentum:
- Deeper automation capability, building on the in-house expertise that already sets Workiflow apart from partners who outsource it.
- Expanding client capacity without diluting the hands-on, post-implementation support that got us here.
- Growing the team that made this possible, the same people named below, plus whoever's next to hit apply.
Thank You
To Keenan Theron, John-Paul Theron, Danny Esquivel Leiva, Sara Esquivel, Ruan Jonker, Hannah Theron, Hamzah Ali Khan, Alex Fanelli, Kiki Ruff, and the rest of the Workiflow team: this one's yours as much as it is the company's.

FAQ: monday.com's Rising Star Award
It's an annual regional award given at monday.com's Partner Summit to a partner that's shown exceptional growth and client delivery in a short timeframe. Workiflow won the North America award for 2025.
At monday.com's Partner Summit, held February 17 and 18 in Prague, alongside partners from across the global monday.com ecosystem.
No. The award recognizes the work already happening: managed implementations, in-house AI and automation expertise, and post-launch support. It's recognition of the standard we hold ourselves to, not a shift in it.
